Photos that actually look like your senior.

Relaxed, natural portraits and the yearbook photo submitted to their school for you, on time. 20 years, full-time, right here in Spokane

Let’s beat the yearbook deadline.

Every school sets its own, and they move it every year- most parents find out about three weeks before it hits. Tell me where your senior goes, and I’ll text you dates I have that leave plenty of room

20 years photographing seniors

Only 40 seniors each year

Yearbook photo delivered to the school for you

The kids who say they hate photos are my favorite ones.

No stiff poses, no frozen smiles, no heavy filters. I keep it moving and keep them laughing — especially the boys who gave you ten minutes, and they're done.

Three collections

Every one includes full retouching, a private digital gallery, and direct-to-school yearbook delivery. No hidden fees and no mandatory ordering appointment afterward.

  • Spokane senior girl laughing at the fair — Yearbook Session

    Yearbook Session

One great look — for the yearbook, the wall, and the grandparents.

    1 hour · 2 outfits · one location

10 final images — digital files you download, enough for the announcements, the grandparents, and a year of profile pictures

Full resolution, no watermarks, with a print release so you print them yourself

I submit the yearbook photo in the correct format for you.

    $685 or 3 × $229

  • Spokane senior boy on the rocks — Story Session

    Story Session

60–90 min · up to 3 outfits — casual, athletic, formal

25 final images — digital files covering the range: the polished one, the one in the jersey, and the one that's just them

A location that means something to them

Custom 5×7 portfolio display for your desk at work

    $885 or 3 × $295

  • Spokane senior boy smiling outdoors — Heirloom Session

    Heirloom Session

For the mom with 40,000 photos on her phone and nothing on the wall.

    2 hours · 3–5 outfits · up to 2 locations

Every digital image from the session — usually 50–70 files. Nothing left behind, no picking favorites.

Your choice of finished artwork: a 16×16 framed collage, or a printed lay-flat album of the whole session

Priority scheduling — first pick of dates

    $1,395 or 4 × $349

You print them, not me. Every collection comes with a personal print release — download your images and print them as often as you like, for announcements, frames, gifts, grandparents. No ordering appointment, no print packages, nothing to buy afterward.

Print them big, and print them right. These are full-resolution files — a 16×20 over the couch is well within range. When I hand over your gallery, I'll tell you exactly where to order them: the same professional lab I use, open to anyone. Drugstore printers turn professional files flat and grey. This way yours come back looking like the ones I'd have made myself.

Not sure which package fits? That's what the call is for — and it's completely fine if the answer is the smallest one.

"After anticipating senior pictures for years, Mike Franklin went above and beyond to make this experience more than my daughter even thought it could be! He made her feel comfortable and confident."

— Kelly Kane, senior mom

"Mike Franklin is a fantastic photographer! He captures a great portrait, but there is something more... his photo compositions are beautiful, interesting, and colorful!"

— Chaundra Ward

I'm Mike — and I'd rather get your teen laughing than tell them to tilt their chin and hold it.

This is what I do full time, and have for 20 years. My style is clean and natural — no heavy filters, no stiff poses, no frozen smiles. Just real expressions that actually look like your daughter or your son.

The kind of photos you'll still love after they've packed up and gone.

"My senior hates having their picture taken." I hear it all the time, and those are some of my favorite sessions. After all that time, I know how to loosen up a teenager who swore they weren't giving me a real smile.
